Domaine de la Zouina is an estate of 113 hectares where olive trees line the vineyard.
Based at the steps of Middle Atlas – 800 meters high –, the exploitation can benefit from pure air, wealthy ground and a temperate and clever climate which confer to our oil its typical taste.
With more than 4500 olive trees, careful farming methods, hand-picked harvest and oil extraction under temperature controlled contribute to obtain the quintessence of the typical Moroccan olive variety: the Moroccan Picholine.
For that selection, named Intense the olives are picked in November to keep their freshness and green dominance.
