Our olive grooves stretch over 16 hectares. It is located on the florentine Vale of Arno hill. We have selected olive trees of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo which are typical varieties from Tuscany. We insured them a wonderful way of life in order to get the best quality olives. As we prefer having a best quality production than a big production, we anticipate the harvest by picking fruits when their quality is at their maximum.
Harvest is made manually in order to preserve fruits and trees. Few hours after the picking, olives are washed under clear water and cold pressed.
This is the way we make our work of art, our organic olive oil. This oil is unique by the wonderful well balance of its aroma, its taste, its colour and excellence. It is lovely with raw vegetables as well as warm dishes even with white and red meat.
